You sure?

Edit: changed a few things to reflect the march 5th FAQ.
Edit: changed a lot of things to reflect the updated profiles from GW3

I crossreferenced the weapon profiles from all the available sources (Underhive (UH), Gang War (GW1), GangWar 2 (GW2), Gangs of legends (GoL), the White Dward rules for Genestealer Cults (GSC) and the pre-made character cards from Underhive) and here is the rather long list of everything that doesn't match:

Autogun (FAQed):
GoL and GW2 have a short range of 8" (instead of 9" in UH, GW1 and on Olina's card). 8" has been confirmed as the correct value in the FAQ.

Autopistol (FAQed):
GoL and GW2 have an ammo check of 4+ (instead of 3+ in GW1 and UH). 4+ has been confirmed as the correct value in the FAQ.

Blasting charge:
GW2 and GW3 list the Blast radius at 5" but the (otherwise unnecessary) profile from the GSC rules lists it at 3". Probably a typo in the GSC rules.

Bolt pistol:
GW1, GW2 and GoL have a short range accuracy bonus of +2, but GW3 only lists it at +1. Errata?

Boltgun:
GoL's has no AP and D1. GW2 and GW3 have the same profile as the boltgun part of the combi weapon. This is probably an error in GoL.

Brute cleaver:
Nox's card's has a Strength of 5 instead of S (which would make it S+1 for this fighter). Probably just a typo on the card.

Chainsword:
Gor's version lacks the Rending trait compared to the GW2 and GW3 version. Probably a typo on the card.

Combi-pistol (stub gun/plasma pistol):
GW3 added back the Plentiful trait that was missing from UH and GW1

Demolition charge:
The GSC rule version has a strength of 8 while it is 6 in GW3. The two version also have a different Ammo value, which is irrelevant since the weapon is Single Shot.

Fighting knife:
Grendel's and Varik's card have a knife with +1 to hit. Probably a typo on the cards.

Gun skull:
Depending on the page, it has either a short range of 4" (GW3 p25) or 3" (GW3 p86)

Heavy stubber:
GW2 fixed the Rapid Fire value to 2 (instead of 1 in GoL)
The Chaos cult rules version has an Ammo value of 5+ instead of 4+ everywhere else. Probably an error in those rules.

Heavy flamer:
Doesn't have Unwieldy in GW2 but has it in the GSC rules and GW3. Probably an error in GW2

'Krumper' rivet cannon:
Grendel's card's is only D1 for Rapid Fire (instead of D2). Probably a typo on the card.

Lasgun (semi-FAQed):
Three different short ranges!
UH has an example p39 with 12" but otherwise has it at 16" as do the cards of Brae, Kaiya and Reina. GW1, GW2, GW3 and GoL have a 18" range. The correct value is probably 18" (the FAQ confirms that the 12" was a mistake, but it's unclear if it also means that the 16" is the correct value).

Needle rifle:
GW2's has different values for Short range accuracy (— instead of +1), Str (5 instead of 4) and Damage (1 instead of —) compared to its equivalent mode from the combi weapon (both in UH and GW1). Damage is not an issue since — is treated as 1 though and Toxin doesn't use this value anyway (Str still marginally matters since it's used for rising the alarm in some scenarios).
The Esher upgrade list and GW3 has yet another profile (short range accuracy +2, Strength 4 and AP -2). It's possible that it is meant as a different weapon from the combi part.

Plasma/stub combi-pistol (semi-FAQed):
Skullshank's version of the stubber part has no Ammo value and is Plentiful. Probably a typo on the card (the ammo value part has been confirmed as a typo in the FAQ).

Seismic cannon:
Both mode now have Knockback in GW3. Errata?

Shock whip:
GW1's has the Melee trait and Strength S+1 instead of 4 in UH and on Jelena's card. Melee is not strictly necessary (thanks to Versatile) but doesn't hurt. However, I'm not sure which S should be used. GW2 also has S+1 but changes the whip into a standard Melee weapon (no Versatile and no range). GW3 brings back the GW1 version, which is p

Shotgun — Executioner round
Grub's card (from FW) has the executioner rounds with a long range of 8" instead of 16" (in GW1 and GW2). It's probably a typo on the card.

Spud-jacker:
Nox's card's has Strength 5 instead of S+1. Probably a typo on the card.

Stiletto knife:
All the 6 cards give it AP -1 but it has no AP in GW1, GW2 and UH. Probably a typo on the cards.

Stub gun (semi-FAQed):
Brakk's card's has no Ammo value (instead of 4+). Probably a typo on the card (confirmed in the FAQ).
GW2's doesn't have the Pistol trait (even without dumdum rounds). Probably a typo in GW2.
GW3 brings back the Pistol trait for both the standard and dum-dum version

Web pistol:
The version wielded by the Cyberachnid is different from the pistol (Strength 3 instead of 4 with Scarce and Pistol added). It's possible that it is meant as a different weapon, but Pistol and Template normally don't mix

-----------------------------------------------------
Edit: For clarity's sake, here are the things that are not clearly a typo:
- Bolt pistol's short range accuracy (+1 in GW3, +2 everywhere else)
- Demolition charge's strength (8 in the GSC rules, 6 on GW3)
- Gun skull's short range (4" or 3")
- Seismic cannon's trait (Knockback added in GW3)
- Web pistol's Strength (3 or 4, or both)
